to increase customization and enhance their customers' shopping
experience. They started with chinos and quickly expanded their
selection to include custom jeans, dress pants, and shirts for men. Currently, 40% of all jeans and chinos sold on the
Lands' End website are custom made, far exceeding management's
hopes for only 10%.
